Shipping and Transit Information
We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-5 business days.
Expedited orders must be placed before 2pm EST/10am PST Monday-Friday to ship same-day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will not be shipped until the next business day (Monday-Friday).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You can now ship your favorite Linksoul items to hundreds of international countries. We offer international shipping through our partnership with global e-commerce providers Zonos and Asendia. Your customer service needs will be handled directly by Linksoul.
Shop the U.S. site and select the country you would like to ship to on the cart page. Your order total will then appear in the destination country’s currency for checkout. Order totals are guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES
Linksoul wants you to be pleased with your purchase. We offer free returns on items that are unworn and unaltered. Items may be returned up to 90 days after the date of purchase for full refund or exchange.

- Click here to print a Return Label. Your order number can be found on the My Account page. If you need help, please call Customer Service at 1-888-217-4911.
- Please apply the label to your return package, and drop off at any authorized UPS location.
- If you need another Prepaid Return Label, please call Customer Service at 1-888-217-4911, or email us at customercare@linksoul.com.
- If you choose not to use the Prepaid Return Label, please send the package using the shipper of your choice and ship to:

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A GIFT
If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
At Linksoul, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.
