"I was disappointed with how LS shipped my hat. I had purchased several hats from them over the years and they had previously always shipped in a box; however, this time they shipped in a collapsible bag and the crown and brim was bent during shipping and unfortunately , I’m being picky and do not want to wear a crooked hat."
