Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-5 business days.

Expedited orders must be placed before 1pm EST/10am PST Monday-Friday to ship same-day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will not be shipped until the next business day (Monday-Friday).

You can now ship your favorite Linksoul items to hundreds of international countries. We offer international shipping through our partnership with global e-commerce providers Zonos and Asendia. Your customer service needs will be handled directly by Linksoul.

Shop the U.S. site and select the country you would like to ship to on the cart page. Your order total will then appear in the destination country’s currency for checkout. Order totals are guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.

Linksoul wants you to be pleased with your purchase. We offer easy returns on items that are unworn and unaltered. Items may be returned up to 30 days after the date of delivery for refund or exchange.

Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

You will need your order number and zip code or email address used at the time of purchase.

Your order number can be found on the MY ACCOUNT page. If you need help, please call Customer Service at 1-888-427-2116. Please apply the label to your return package and drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Please allow 10 days for us to receive and process exchanges and credits.

At Linksoul, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.
