Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-5 business days.

Expedited orders must be placed before 1pm EST/10am PST Monday-Friday to ship same-day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will not be shipped until the next business day (Monday-Friday).

Linksoul wants you to be pleased with your purchase. We offer easy returns on items that are unworn and unaltered. Items may be returned up to 30 days after the date of delivery for refund or exchange.

Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

You will need your order number and zip code or email address used at the time of purchase.

Your order number can be found on the MY ACCOUNT page. If you need help, please call Customer Service at 1-888-427-2116. Please apply the label to your return package and drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Please allow 10 days from the date the shipping provider receives your return package or 3 business days from the date the return package was delivered to our warehouse for us to process refunds, exchanges, and credits.

By paying $3.98 now on your order, you will qualify for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to maximize your return by avoiding higher return handling and shipping fees.

If you don't opt to pay the $3.98 fee now, you can still do a return, but you will be responsible for a $12 handling fee.

Store policies may exclude certain items from this service, such as items that are final sale.

At Linksoul, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.
