International Shipping

You can now ship your favorite Linksoul items to hundreds of international countries.  We offer international shipping through our partnership with global e-commerce providers Zonos and Asendia. Your customer service needs will be handled directly by Linksoul.

Shop the U.S. site and select the country you would like to ship to on the cart page. Your order total will then appear in the destination country’s currency for checkout. Order totals are guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.

Freight costs:

Linksoul offers these economical flat rate shipping costs (shown in US dollars):

Canada:  Standard shipping - $15; Express shipping - $30

Other countries:  Standard shipping - $45; Express shipping - $75

Most orders will arrive within 8 to 14 business days after your order is processed. 

Duties and taxes:

Duties and taxes are collected at the time of checkout (DDP).  There will be no additional charges due upon receipt.  Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are determined by a combination of factors. These factors include the specific country of origin (or manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the various countries that Zonos supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Zonos global checkout. 

International Returns:

The Linksoul domestic return policies apply to international returns.  Items must be unworn and returned to us within 90 days of purchase.  Unfortunately, our Returns Portal does not accept international returns.

Please return your items using the carrier of choice.  Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.  Please include a copy of your packing slip so we can identify your order.  If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your full name and address, order number, and the reason for return.
